This project features a stunning multi-level custom deck designed to maximize outdoor living space and connect the home’s second story to the pool area. We constructed a spacious elevated balcony complete with a sturdy wood railing system and a custom patio cover to provide essential shade during hot Northern California summers. A wide, reinforced outdoor staircase ensures seamless flow from the upper deck to the patio below. This durable wood structure not only enhances the home’s architectural appeal but also creates the perfect environment for year-round entertainment and poolside relaxation.

Structural Modification and Flooring Restoration "Before: The living area was dominated by a non-functional, dated tiled fireplace that limited furniture placement and flow. After: We executed a complete fireplace demolition and drywall repair to create a seamless wall. The project required expert hardwood flooring repair where the hearth originally sat. We installed a custom wood border (picture-frame patch) to match the existing oak flooring, followed by sanding and refinishing the entire room for a uniform, high-gloss look. This renovation maximized the usable floor plan and modernized the home

Check out this incredible living room transformation! We said goodbye to the bulky, dated fireplace to reclaim valuable square footage. The 'After' reveals a completely open concept layout. We performed a hearth removal, followed by a custom hardwood floor patch and a full floor refinishing to bring the original wood back to life. The space feels twice as big and ready for modern living!
